We are using the Express version of TubePress and would like to know if there is a delay or Cronjob while importing Youtube videos?
We configured the settings for importing Youtube content from a channel and initially it displayed “No matching videos” when you insert the shortcode. After 6-8 hours without any changes, the videos now show up as expected.
Any information will be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out. With our cloud-hosted Express galleries, which are created from the TubePress Dashboard, TubePress caches responses from video providers for up to 6 hours (typically less) to keep your site running at top speed. This is currently not adjustable with the use of our Express service.
However, if you have a WordPress site and install our TubePress Pro plugin instead, you can adjust this delay from WP Admin > Settings > TubePress > Cache. Keep in mind that with more frequent checks for new videos, your loading times may suffer. We therefore recommend to our plugin users that cache lifetimes be set to the highest tolerable values.
