Pricing FAQ
TubePress Pro is a WordPress plugin that you download and install to your WordPress-powered website. TubePress Express is our cloud-hosted TubePress service that can be used on any website (including WordPress). You will only need one of these services (either Pro or Express) for a website; they both perform the same function.
If you need help deciding between the two products, please contact us and we will be glad to help you make a decision.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
We offer refunds within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. However, if
you have questions or we can improve your experience with TubePress, we’d love to help!

- Any TubePress Express services will be disabled (not deleted).
- If you are a TubePress Pro user, you may continue to use any downloaded software indefinitely, but you will no longer be able to re-download the products or get upgrades and patches.
- You'll be downgraded to best-effort product support.
Of course, making a payment means another full year of support and restored access to your TubePress services and downloads.
All of our products and services are offered on recurring billing terms. However, you may cancel renewals at any time and enjoy your paid services for the full remainder of your billing term.
