Youtube API Key Creation errors Google Cloud Platform service has been disabled

I am trying to create the Youtube API key. Our google account is a free google email account. But from everything I have read, you don’t have to have a paid account. I get the following error when I try to set up https://www.screencast.com/t/DGNkXoko

Our site is a private membership site, but the URL is https://online.yminstitute.com/

I have gone through and checked the google cloud console. I am not seeing what the issue is, and see very few details about this error. If anyone could help I would appreciate it

Hi @contact, thank you for getting in touch and apologies for the delay in response! That’s correct; setting up a YouTube API key is free. We’ve never seen this particular error before, but it looks like the administrator of the (work-related?) Gmail address you’re using needs to get involved to resolve it. Alternatively, you could choose a different Google account - such as a personal Gmail address - to log in to the Google Developer’s Console. Would you give that a try and let us know how that works for you?
