Hello, Just last week and still continuing, our TubePress app won’t show up on the mobile version of our wix website. It says ‘No Matching Videos.’ It’s showing up just fine on the desktop version. Anyone had this issue or have ideas of how to correct? Thanks!

Normally I’d ask you to double-check your mobile thumbnail setting at Wix Website Editor > TubePress > Settings > All Settings > Which videos? > Feed Options > Thumbnails per page (mobile), but since you are getting an error, it’s best if we can see the issue firsthand. Are you able to share a link to the page on your site showing the “No Matching Videos” error?
