Refund Request - Plugin Abandonded?

I just submitted the following question (italicized below) through the billing questions form. Will it be read? Will I get my refund? Will it get charged again next year, since there’s no way to remove my credit card from my account?

I was just charged my annual fee again, and then tried to create a new gallery, receiving the “Server 500 Error - Something Went Wrong” message.

Going into the support portal, I can see that there’s been no support questions answered, including the question “Is this Plugin Abandonded?”

May I please get a refund, and can you confirm whether or not this plugin has been abandonded?
