Thank you for your reply. Permissions changed to 666. Error message disappeared. But, still no thumbnails for videos.
It resulted in a critical error. I had to uninstall it. Need to be re-installed.
I installed the trial version. But could not activate it because that too is causing a fatal error. I need to re-install pro.

The download for TubePress Pro can be accessed on the Downloads page. It looks like your purchase is expired, so clicking “Buy Now” will allow you to repurchase and access the Pro download. If you are still receiving errors after reinstallation, would you be able to share FTP and WP credentials via the “confidential data” option listed here?
