Player Issues, videos gone

Hello, I have couple of issues

  1. I did create a player and as soon as I created it’s working. Then after a couple of minutes, everything is gone. I checked in Tubepress dashboard it says No Matching Videos. I tried another keyword and it did the same show videos in preview and then they gone.
  2. I did set for 48 thumbnails and no more what I do it was showing only 12
    Please help. I just subscribe to your service and has all these problems

Hi @phillycircle, thank you for reaching out. I put your TubePress Express video galleries in debug mode and found the following YouTube-related error:

YouTube Data API v3 has not been used in project 451210430472 before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting Google Cloud Platform then retry.

After enabling the YouTube Data API through your Google Developers Console as described above, please let us know if you are still experiencing the “No matching videos” message. Sharing a link to your site where you have placed the TubePress gallery is also very helpful for troubleshooting. Keep in mind that preview mode does not always reflect how a gallery will appear on your actual site, so we recommend checking your site directly.

Everything is working now. I did enable API as u said. Thank you for your help
