I got this error recently when using TubePress in Wix:
“YouTube responded with an error: Daily Limit Exceeded. The quota will be reset at midnight Pacific Time (PT). You may monitor your quota usage and adjust limits in the API Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/youtube.googleapis.com/quotas?project=612553902668”
But since our usage is low and therefore it should not exceed the daily limit. And it hasn’t happened before until recently. Please help. Thanks.
I am having the same exact issue with my website. It’s been happening for 4 days now. The issue seems to be related to google / youtube daily limit. I’ve been switching to a different app on wix in the afternoon once the limit it hit. I really like tubepress and haven’t had any issues in 2 years until now. I hope it’s fixed soon.

Google is dramatically reducing their daily quotas for all parties, which is why you are receiving errors, but we are working tirelessly to get your galleries back in working order.
